Online Returns Policy & Process


At Meyberie, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. Should you need to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below carefully.

Return Timeframes

Full-priced items 
Full Priced Items purchased online may be returned for a refund or credit note within 14 days from the delivery date.

Sale items 
Sale items purchased online may be returned for a refund or exchange within 2 days from the delivery date.

Returns requested outside these timeframes will not be accepted.


Return Conditions

All returned items must meet the following conditions:

  1. The return request must be submitted within the applicable return window.
  2. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  3. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and ribbons attached.
  4. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use will be declined.
  5. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.


Exchanges & Refund Limits

  1. Each order is eligible for one exchange or refund only.
  2. You are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.


Refund Processing

  1. Once your return is received, please allow up to 14 business days for inspection.
  2. After approval, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
  3. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or credit note has been issued.


Refund Methods

  1. Online payments made at checkout will be refunded to the original method of payment.

 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping fees for collecting the return item will be deducted from the refund amount.
